Plans and limits
Each org has one plan. The plan gives the org its limits and its monthly tokens. A new account and a new org start on the Free plan.
To see or change the plan of your org, open the avatar menu and click Plan and billing. Only an Owner or an Admin can change the plan.

- Unlimited means that the plan has no limit.
- Members counts the members and the open invitations of the org.
- Files is the size of all the files in the library of the org.
- Largest upload is the size of the largest file that you can add.
- Tokens to start come one time, when you make your account.
Buy more tokens
An Owner or an Admin can buy a token pack in Plan and billing > Token packs. The packs have 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 12,000 tokens.
- Pack tokens never expire.
- The plan tokens go first. tabletop uses the pack tokens when the plan tokens are gone.

Change to a smaller plan
A change to a smaller plan deletes nothing.
- If the org has more workflows than the new plan allows, the oldest workflows stay editable. The other workflows become read-only.
- You can still open and read each workflow.
