Teams, orgs and roles
An org (organization) is a team in tabletop. The workflows, the library, the tokens and the plan belong to the org. Each member of the org has a role. The role sets what the member can do.
When you make your account, tabletop makes an org named “Personal” for you. You are its Owner.
